Key Responsibilities

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare training materials, question banks, and practice tests.
• Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Design and implement strategies to improve placement readiness.
• Conduct mock tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions.
• Track student progress and maintain training records.
• Stay updated with current aptitude test patterns of leading companies.
• Coordinate with the Placement Cell and academic departments for training schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in aptitude training is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
