Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Electrical Sciences departments.
• Oversee teaching, research, innovation, and student development activities.
• Ensure effective implementation of academic policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Heads of Departments and faculty members to achieve academic and institutional goals.
• Promote research projects, publications, industry collaborations, and funded programs.
• Monitor curriculum delivery, academic performance, and outcome-based education practices.
• Support accreditation, ranking, and regulatory compliance activities (AICTE, NBA, NAAC, etc.).
• Guide faculty development, mentoring, and academic planning initiatives.
• Foster industry interaction, internships, and placement-related activities.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the School of Electrical Sciences.

Qualification

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professor/Associate Professor with significant teaching, research, and administrative experience.
• Experience in higher education institutions is preferred.
