Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and execute key Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Coordinate employee exit processes and documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Update HRMS and employee information regularly.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards.
- Support policy implementation and communication.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
- Verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track training attendance and effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain employee files and legal records.
- Assist in audits and HR documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Freshers with relevant internships may also apply

Compensation
