Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Personality Development.
• Train students in spoken English, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview techniques.
• Develop training materials, activities, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance and provide individual feedback.
• Conduct mock interviews and placement-oriented training programs.
• Improve students' verbal and written communication abilities.
• Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to support employability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training platforms.
