Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the academic activities of the CSE departments.
• Guide faculty members in teaching, research, and student development.
• Monitor academic performance and ensure quality education.
• Support curriculum planning and implementation.
• Promote research, innovation, and industry collaborations.
• Coordinate accreditation and compliance activities (NAAC, NBA, AICTE).
• Strengthen placement, internship, and skill development initiatives.
• Organize faculty development programs and academic events.
• Work closely with management, HODs, and faculty to achieve institutional goals.

Qualification

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
• Professor/Associate Professor with relevant academic and administrative experience.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of academic regulations and accreditation processes.
• Research and industry collaboration experience.
