Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Full-Stack Web Developer with 2+ years of proven experience in web application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both front-end and back-end applications. This is an in-house role that requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project stakeholders, and internal departments to gather and implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
• Maintain source code using version control systems such as Git.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform application testing, bug fixing, and deployment support.
• Assist in maintaining databases, servers, and hosting environments.
• Stay updated with emerging web development technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer or similar role.

Technical Skills

Front-End

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
• React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred)
• Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility

Back-End

• PHP (Laravel preferred), Node.js, or ASP.NET
• RESTful API development and integration
• Authentication and authorization implementation

Database

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Database design, optimization, and query writing

Tools & Technologies

• Git/GitHub or GitLab
• Visual Studio Code or similar IDE
• Basic knowledge of web servers (Apache/Nginx)
• Familiarity with deployment and hosting environments
