Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, compliance, performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting faculty and non-teaching staff in alignment with the college's policies and educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal documentation.
- Organize staff training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional policies, and government regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain related records.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
