Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, market research, lead generation, and client relationship management within the Human Capital Services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client communication.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to understand client hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, HR, or consulting.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an advantage.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
