Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, market research, lead generation, and client relationship management within the Human Capital Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients across various industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client communication.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to understand client hiring needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, business development, HR, or consulting.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an advantage.

Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
